I recently had a Uinta Brewing Anglers Ale from Utah. I enjoyed it but soon learned that distribution is limited to Utah and very near. At this point I am trying to clone it. Anything I have read about it gives very little clue as to what might be included in the beer. There are apparently a number of breweries that have an Anglers Ale but I am looking for the Uinta Brewing ,Utah version. Anybody able to help?
