I'm looking to do a pretty big IIPA w/ a strong malty backbone and also partigyle it into a small batch hopbursted pale ale. Let me know if you have any thoughts/suggestions.

0.5oz Columbus @KO
0.5oz Simcoe @KO
1oz Falconers Flight @KO
1.5oz Columbus @Dry hop
1.5oz Simcoe @Dry Hop
1oz Falconers Flight @Dry Hop

2 packs S-05

Pale Ale (3gal batch)
OG: 1.05ish, FG: 1.013ish, IBU: 60ish, SRM: 10ish
runnings from above
3oz C120 - steep while heating
2oz Victory - steep while heating

0.6oz Apollo @15

*I've never used the apollo, bravo, or 1768/1968, so this partigyle is mostly to just try them out.
