Making a hef right now. All I have is Amarillo and Simcoe and Cascade. You guys decide hop schedule was thinking 1oz. cascade 60 min., 1oz. 10 . And its a 10 gallon batch! I have lots of hops also
 
1.050 or less and your gonna want to drop the 60 min down to 3/4 or it'll be bitter. hefes are supposed to be a little sweet on the palate. also remember the yeast is the character in this type of beer also.
 
thanks erik.... about 22 lbs grain so I will keep it at 3/4 then also some finishing hops you think at 3/4?
wyeast 1010 amer wheat!
