The Crystal was my own mash/oven experiment
Calling this Buck's Rye Knott

First recipe I have created that I would like to share. Only thing is the crystal is a guesstimate because I made it myself. asked a few buddies and we cam up with the equivalent below.

Keg just kicked and it was great. The rye spice came thru nicely. I brewed the exact recipe with a higher IBU. waiting on carb in the keg.
