I am about to make 12 gallons of apfelwein. Does anyone have a good juice or concentrate they add to spice things up a little bit? 12 gallons of one flavor might be to much for me. I have some Pineapple juice would that work? Or would the citrus mess with the yeast?
 
I juiced 5 large oranges and boiled them with a little of the juice and 3 cinnamon sticks last time. Dumped the whole mess, sticks and all into the carboy. Turned out fantastic.

It's ridiculous good over fresh strawberries, slightly puréed.
