So I'm looking at making a belgian ipa with the galaxy hops I just got from hops direct. I remember hearing somewhere about a Belgian yeast strain that can produce passionfruit flavors and I think it might pair well with the galaxy hops. Any input would be appreciated.

i'm not sure exactly which one you're referring to, but if i were doing a belgian IPA, i would consider either WY 3522 (Belgian Ardenne) or WY 3787 (Trappist High Gravity).
