first time kegging question

im gonna start kegging very soon and really only have 1 question, i have 5 kegs and a small fridge that will hold 2 or 3 kegs and wanted to know if i had all 5 kegs filled and only 2 in the fridge, is it possible to have the other 3 carbonated and ready to go as soon as 1 keg is empty, or do they have to be connected to the gas and in the fridge all the time?

You can carb the ones out of the fridge with no issues. Just prime those with sugar and set and forget for a few weeks at 70ish and let them naturally carb.

Wouldn't that cause it To over carb once I connect it to the gas?

Not if you set it at the proper carbonation level for the temperature your keg is at. You can use a carbonation chart to see what the proper psi to use for the temp.

Check out this chart. It has the psi you'll want for the keg temp and carb level you are looking for.
