Ok I am going to Brew Beir Munchers Blue Balls, LOL (That reads Funny)

It uses White Labs Belgian Wit Yeast. Can I buy one tube make a starter into lets say half gallon then split it between the two Fermenters?

Yeah just make sure that when you pitch the starter that you stir the starter up real well. You will still get an uneven pitch but that should help it a bit. I did this with a braggot and the one fermented out quicker than the other by a few days but nothing major.
