So I have started bottling about 6-12 bottles each arch before I keg the rest. I made a basic blonde ale and the keg tasted fine. But the other day I opened one of the bottles and it taste like a Belgian style ale (somewhat sourish). Did I get an infection of some sort? I have only tasters one bottle. I used US-05 dry yeast.
Any thoughts?

How's the kegged beer taste? If it was good, I'd vote for infection in the bottle.

P.s. you can edit your posts without having to create a new one.

How long has the beer been conditioning in the bottle? If its less than two weeks, I'd bet the beer is still young and needs more time. If not, check to see if it continues to get more sour. If you notice that, get the rest of them in the fridge.

It has only been in bottle for about 3 weeks. I will keep tabs. You never know how it will turn out after a while. Thanks for the replies.
