Is it ok to lager in a keg after primary fermentation is done. The low temp will stop fermentation, so the beer wont get prematurely carbonated, right? I say this cause I obviosly cant put an airlock on my keg. I could release the pressure once a day however...

Thanks for the info in advance

The short answer, yes you can lager in a keg - I do it all the time.

At the end of Primary, fermentation *should* be done - It is wise to check this out using a hydrometer. I usually rack to another carboy for another few weeks to let anything else settle out, and then rack to keg to continue the lagering process.

You won't need to burp the keg, as there shouldn't be any significant CO2 production.
