Took the better part of the day, but I juiced probably just over fifty pounds of apples and got around five and a half gallons of fresh cider, it's sitting in my primary now, instead of campden I pasteurized it in one gallon batches. the smaller apples kept binding up the juicer, but it was worth it, even drew off a few glasses for the family. Added six cups of sugar and one gallon of store bought so when it settles I can hopefully get a full five gallon carboy for secondary. Going to pitch Notty in this.
