:mug:I have an Amber Ale that fermented well in a week. I siphoned it off into secondary and it cleared quickly. Got some light bubble action a couple more days and has reached a pretty slow crawl. I want to make room for more brew. How logical is it to bottle in the next few days and finish off the clearing in the bottles? Thanks for any replies...

Have you reached FG yet, meaning consistent hydrometer readings over a couple of days?

If you're primary is empty, why not go ahead and start another batch and give this one a little longer in the secondary?
