Brew day tomorrow. I have the following avalible to use before my new shippment of malt gets here next week. I am looking to make something serriously maltly, doesn't have to be to style as such. Any suggestions?

Pilsen Malt
Munich Malt
Biscut Malt
Crystal 40L
Crystal 60L
Crystal 140L
Wheat Malt

Fuggles and Goldings hops
SO4 English Ale Yeast

50/50 pils and munich. Myself, I'd go for about 1.060, throw in enough fuggles to get about 25 IBUs at 60 minutes. Thats it, it'll be good! If you really want some crystal in there, toss in 8oz of C60 as well.

You could make a pretty nice psuedo ESB...

8 lbs Pilsen
1 lb Munich
1lb Biscuit
12oz Crystal 40L
4oz Crystal 140L

Fuggles & Goldings to 25 IBUs @ 60 mins
Fuggles & Goldings to 10 IBUs @ 20 mins
Fuggles & Goldings at flameout

you have the perfect yeast, S-04
