Next week I want to try a double IPA and I'm using another recipe as a shell, but I've tweaked it a bit. How does this sound:
Specialty malts:
1lb. American Caramel 80L
1 lb. Munich
10lbs. Muntons Light LME
1oz. Centennial for 60 min.
2oz. Simcoe for 10 min.
2oz. Simcoe for 1 min.
Dry Hop 1-2 oz. Simcoe whole hops
Any feedback is appreciated!
