brewed this one 2 months ago... simple, and it turned out fantastic!!

5 gallon batch


13 oz. - Crisp Maris Otter
2.5 oz. - Roasted Barley
1lb - Carapils
1lb - Amber Candi Sugar
8lb. - XL DME



.5 oz. Fuggles (4.2% AA) - 60 minutes
1 oz. Styrian Goldings (4.9% AA) - 60 minutes


Wyeast 3787 High Gravity Trappist



OG - 1.076
FG - 1.014
