Hey "the history of beer" is on the history channel right now.. pretty interesting stuff... anyone see this before?
Just finished watching this - very interesting show. I'm glad they featured Dogfish Head for a large portion of it. Another interesting fact - we still haven't recovered from Prohibition - in the late 19th century, there were over 2,300 breweries in the US. Also, apparently George Washington was a brewer and left his porter recipe in the capitol library - anybody have a copy of that one?Fiery Sword said:encouraging fact from show:
