I can't find anything online for less than $25 for a simple needle valve for flame control. Any ideas? Even Mcmaster is expensive as all hell for these. Home Depot, Lowes and Ace all had nothing in this size.

Thanks.

These guys have a 1/4" brass needle valve for $14.00, but with shipping it's probably going to be about $22:

IMO, you don't really need a 1/2" valve. Remember, the gas is going to be squeezing through a tiny orifice as it enters the burner and it's a lot smaller than 1/4".

FYI, I would just use a 1/4" ball valve from Home Depot. I use a ball valve on my low pressure burner and it works just fine.

Yeah I should've mentioned that Catt22's advice that I don't need a 1/2" needle valve was a good one. I just got a 1/4" instead and will just use reducers on each end of the valve.
