I wanted to start off saying that I have learned so much and gotten such good advice from people on this site. So thanks! That being said... This is my first post and I have a question about a blonde ale I'm going to make. I have a pretty standard recipe. What do you think of using WLP041 with this. I have it in the fridge and I was thinking about using it with this blonde ale. I also planned on putting a little lemon zest in the boil. The WLP041 yeast is described as fruity but I haven't used it before.

5 lbs. 2 Row
1.4 lbs Corn, Flaked
8 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine
4 oz Crystal 20

.5 Centennial 10 AA 60 minutes
.5 Cascade 5.5 AA 10 minutes
.5 Cascade 5.5 AA 5 minutes

Yeast
Pacific Ale WLP041

I dont think that's the best choice for a Blonde Ale...but experimenting is what makes this stuff fun!
