I wanted to start off saying that I have learned so much and gotten such good advice from people on this site. So thanks! That being said... This is my first post and I have a question about a blonde ale I'm going to make. I have a pretty standard recipe. What do you think of using WLP041 with this. I have it in the fridge and I was thinking about using it with this blonde ale. I also planned on putting a little lemon zest in the boil. The WLP041 yeast is described as fruity but I haven't used it before.
