I'm currently deployed overseas and can't wait to get my hands on some home brew once again. I thought I would start this discussion to get some opinions on an easy AG recipe to get me back into brewing. I've only done 6 AG recipes before I left for this wonderful part of the world, but I think I have a pretty good system. I'm not a big stout drinker, but I love the hefes, wheats, IPAs, lagers, and porters. Would love to make a Belgian strong, or dunkel. Thanks in advance!

When you find a good APA let me know. I'm due back next year and can't wait to get into AG.

You could always try to clone a Dogfish Head IPA. That's one of my goals when I get back.

I would go with a wheat or hefeweizen first, that way you'd have something to drink quickly while planning the whole re-stock process.
