How far do you screw the hose into the burner? I would say mine is in there about 1/4 of the way down the screw. Turned it about 3 times with a wrench and it's tight. Just seems like it should go further?

I have a different burner but they probably use the same or similar components... Mine looks like it is screwed in pretty far if not the whole way. Are you sure you didn't cross the threads? You can test it for leaks with some liquid soap (enough to bubble easily) in water.

the screw on my sq-14 doesn't thread in all the way either.. no worries, as long as it's tight you're good.
