I noticed when I open my lid on ferm chamber (ceiling facing lid) to check beer, my temp drops a couple degrees on digital temp controller. The probe is actually covered with 1.5" foam sheathing taped against glass carboy with duct tape. Wandering if anyone has any ideas? It evens out soon after, it just seems odd
