How many of you use them, and can they be used in single stage fermentation? And do they make a big difference.
david_42 said:You need to get the brew off of the trub before you use finings. Most of them work by binding particles & proteins and the trub has a lot of particles in it. To get really good results, rack a second time, then add the finings. I've used them a few times, they worked.
