so I'm going to have some left over grain from a german Bock and want to split that into two seperate 5 gal. batches, a chocolate wheat, and a dark IPA.
CHOCOLATE WHEAT
5LB. Wheat
3LB. Golden Promise1.1L
2LB. Chocolate Wheat 375-450L
1.5 Carmel Crystal 45L
1LB. CaraMunich
Dark Citra IPA
5LB. Best Light
3LB German Pilsner
1.5 Carmel Crystal 45L
1LB. German Munich
1LB Carafa Special 2 450L
 
Yeast And hops
CHOCOLATE WHEAT
American Hefe Ale (WLP320)
HOPS
1 oz Magnum 60min.
1 oz. Magnum 30min
1 oz MT. Hood 15min.
1oz MT. Hood 15min.
I'm Currently growing these two hops so I want to see if they will work with this style of brew.
CITRA IPA

1 oz. Citra 60mi.
1 oz. Citra 30min.
1/2 oz. Citra 15min.
Dry hop with 3 oz Willamette
