Wyeast 1098 Brittish Ale
Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale

Which one

7# 2-row
2# belgin pale
6oz C40
6oz C60
4oz roasted

1.5oz EKG @ 60

OG 1.054

PS or I have a pack of safale US-05

I'd go with the 84 if I had it but I don't. And I need to use those so the 98 is the one I'm using thanks!

Just popped the first bottle open. Taste a litte over roasted with a strong bready flavor. Next rime I'll prob cut back the roasted and change out the Brittish pale. I think the English yeast may have not finished as clean as I hoped also.
