How do you like my ultra-low profile, ultra low cost drip trays? They cost me $1.31 each at Home Depot.
They consist of one shower strainer and one KO test cap.
The strainer is about 1/8" too wide so I had to sand/melt a little indent on two sides to make it fit right.
Then added a little black spray paint and a little clear coat...
and there you have a super-cheap, fairly attractive top mount drip tray.
They don't work well if you want to rest a large mug or pitcher on them while filling since they are so small, but for under $1.50 a piece, you can't go wrong. I'm going to use a hole saw and drill out the top of my kegerator so I can flush mount these.
