Being fairly new at brewing I find that something different happens with every beer I brew. My current Pale Ale was in the primary for 2 weeks and now is in the secondary for a little over a week. My inquiry is about tiny bubbles that have formed on the surface. They are not large by any means but I was wondering if this may be the start of some kind of infection. I have ample headspace (6 gal carboy) and did sort of jostle it a little bit yesterday. Any ideas?

A pic would be way easier, but it could be dissolved co2 coming to the surface. & be carefull of all that head space. It could let something nastie develope with the air in the larger head space in that secondary. Secondary size should match the beer volume.
