Welp, the Imperial Stout ended a bit short at 11.2% (only 1 week with Kveik). This is making the beer too bitter for my liking. It is, however, very clean tasting! Luckily I have some Lactose from fixing the Hazy. So many new ingredients (yeast) and changed up the way I brew so guess there's bound to be a learning curve. Going to keg this...only 1 week after brewing....a Russian Imperial Stout...WOW!
