I made this shortly after my previous post. I used a packet of US05 that I rehydrated. It came out fantastic and if I hadn't been so busy with work lately I would have made it again. Next time I'm going to try it out with S04 but I'm not sure when ill be able to fit it in my schedule. I also used Maris otter instead of golden promise because that's what I had on hand
 
After a whole lot of research and listening to interviews with the brewers I came up with this recipe that on my system is dead on (BIAB). They use WLP001 in the brewpub and US05 at the production facility. Dry hop day four or when bubbles at very slow.
