Idk what you are looking for, but I have great success with clarity ferm. My gluten intolerant girlfriend can drink my home brew with no issue.

Interestingly I've found even with clarity ferm stouts and porters still give me issues. Wonder if its the crystal malts perhaps? anywho.

interesting. unfortunately, i am not the one experiencing everything so it is hard to comment. for all i know, she could actually be lying to me to preserve my feelings haha. i think she may have had issues with my rye beer but its been a while.
