Does anyone have a method for testing IBUSs in a finished beer?
I found this. I would've liked to perform the first method listed but we don't have the UV equipment.
We do have an HPLC in the lab but I'm not extremely familiar with it, plus I want to test it in the finished beer not just the Alpha and Beta acids in the hops.
Any ideas?
