What temp water should I use to reach a 150 degree mash when added to 10lbs of grain?

Depends on a lot of things like the room temp, temp of the tun itself, temp of the grains... You can find forumulas to figure this stuff out or just heat some water to like 160-170 and use that and add a little bit of hotter water (200 or so) to bring it up.

If the grain is at room temperature, 1 1/2 quarts of 168F water per pound should do it.
