Growler: How long should I wait.

I started the below two experiments about two weeks ago. They both seem to have stopped bubbling. How long should I wait to bottle? A few more weeks? Or should it be good to go once the bubbles stop.


1-gal: 1pt Apple, 1pt Blueberry, 8oz Dex, 1/2 pack dry champagne yeast

1-gal: 2pt Apple, 1pt Pom, 8oz Dex, 1/2 pack dry champagne yeast


Thanks for any help.
 
If you have a hydrometer, then you bottle when it is done fermenting and clear. So after another 2 weeks or more, start taking SG measurements once or twice a week. When you get constant readings and it is crystal clear, then you can bottle.
