Hi there !
My third batch of Beer , made from DME , is already in the Primary for the 10th Day .
I'm going to use Gelatine as the fining agent next Week and perhaps after a few days priming and bottling will be done .
1- I've read that after clarifying with Gelatine , the Beer should be repitched by the yeast , after adding priming sugar .
I'd like to know , how much dried yeast should I add this time ?
2- The Yeast which I use , produces vigorously H2S in presence of Sucrose . Therefore , I'm going to use DME for priming .
As the Beer is clarified , should I add Gelatine to this DME solution , too ?! So that no more cloudiness is brought to the Beer again .
