Recently I was visiting family in Portland and had the most amazing chocolate stout, which was a guest stout on tap.

First, does anyone know who makes it?

Second, has anyone tried to clone this amazing brew?

Well, I found out it is the Off the Rail Brewing Company who makes this beer. I called them and they would not help me with the recipe :( I knew it would be a long shot, but I tried. Anyone try to make this before?
