Hi All...

Im not new to the forum, but i havent introduced myself yet either.

I live on the MN - Canadian border. I've only been brewing about 2-3 years, but dove in head first. I did 6 or so batches from kits or extract and then bought or built all-grain gear and size it appropriately for 10 gallon batches.

The tough part now is that i cant brew in the house with the large equipment and the need for propane burners. So now that its warming up (ever so slightly), i am itiching to get outside and start my "Brewing Season"

I took time during the winter months to build a lagering chest and put a draft tower and refrigeration in my bar. If you are ever close to Lake of the Woods, MN for fishing or travel, shoot me an email and come over for a homebrew.

Nice to meet you.
Wow. You did dive into the hobby. I started the same way only I went AG after about 3 batches.
It sounds like you are well on your way. :mug:
