We tried a 12oz beer a day or two before this and it was unevenly carbonated and not done.

but

I invited friends over for a "unemployment party" and I tossed a 22oz in the fridge for the afternoon so they could try a sample.

We broke the seal with them knowing it wasn't ready..

However after opening it and pouring it... it had a nice head and everyone said it tasted good.

I told them in about another week it would be a little better but it was delicious!!!

I can't wait for the other two to finish fermenting.

:mug:

They commented that it tasted like Gordon Biersch blonde ale..

Outstanding.

i also tried my IPA been in bottles since monday and it had nice head and everything but it was wonderful and i cant wait till next week sometime to try it!
