had on tap this weekend....nice reddish hue, simply yummy!

anyone have a recipe or a guess...they were no help i emailed them. was thinking 2oz of american med oak soaked in woodford reserve (yeah i like the good stuff and they are local to them so maybe their barrels) maybe 2 cups on the cubes.

ive made dennys BVIP before and i like the bourbon/vanilla and liked the oak taste just not the recipe for the ale yet? ill be using Wyeast 1028 London Ale. still a stove top brewer in the winter this is one im trying it isnt kentucky ale but i wanna brew that next if i can find an idea i know they are 7+%

not kentucky recipe i doubt but whats on next id like another recipe also for the yeast cake any thoughts appreciated
6 lbs Amber LME
3.3 lbs Gold LME
8 oz Brown Malt
8 oz Crystal 50-60
8 oz Wheat
4 oz Aromatic
4 oz Chocolate
1 oz Northern Brewer (60 minutes)
2 oz Willamette (30 minutes)
2 oz Fuggles (20 minutes)
2 oz American Oak Cubes, woodford 2 cups bourbon (all soaked for a 4-5 weeks) then combined in the secondary for 3-6 months then bottle
