I am looking for a system I have seen on this site before but cannot find it.

So please post all the micro-nano-pilot breweries you know of online.

For example:

post a link

pilot breweries

and a picture here

Thanks for your help.

bump... come on, help me out. I can't find the one I am looking for.

Describe it?

I am willing to help, I am just not interested in posting links to every pilot system. They do expect me to do "some" work around here.

There's Brew-Magic, MoreBeer Sculptures, Pico brew systems, that turn key extract system, the pop science extract to serve cart,.......

Even Blichmann has their own sculptures.

Otherwise, mebe search out ClaudiusB's Nano bling.

It was stainless outside and had a pro-looking control panel. Maybe micro-.... somehting or other???

The one I am lookign for is not any of the typical homebrew ones (i.e., Blichmann, B3, or Sabco). It is also not the pico setups. The pico and the bavarian were the only ones I could remember but those aren't it.

I know I saw it here recently I just can't remember where.

The one I am looking for is all stainless clad. It isn't a copper looking one. The control panel is black with representations of all the vessels and valves that light up.

ahhhhh..... how is it possible for me not to find this?

Size in gallons and price USD?
Mr. BrewBeemer, he makes a 50l and a 120 l version, 13.2 gallon & 31.7 gallon.
I don't know the price.
If you are interested I ask him for the price.

Cheers,

Flawed?? I want to build a nice rig and was going to use it as a model??

Yeah. It has it's quirks.

Poor placement of the thermoprobe. Heat wash from the MLT can cause it to exacerbate readings.

Can be tricky to keep the pump primed for transfers and recircs. User have coined the "BrewMagic shuffle" to describe how to deal.

Newer models have more stainless in the base package.

Difficult to program as a brewday assistant for beers not already in the DB.

Vertcality makes it harder to clean the tun in place.

I was just curious that's all. This would be way over my budget times five guaranteed just by looking at it. I recall a video made in Germany of a all stainless very small compact all in one unit. It was rather trick all boxed in like could be a kitichen appliance when not in use, I bet this is what he's looking for.

His process is weird though... not sure I get it.
Mash-in left vessel
transfer entire mash to right vessel
run-off to left
batch sparge from preheated water source or inline rims (?)
boil in left
whirlpool hot in left
transfer to right through what must be CFC, plate, or glycol chiller
ferment right there on the right, in the "lauter tun/fermenter"

its nuts!

its nuts!
Not realy
A standard two vessel brewhouse works exactly that way, except for the fermentation part.

Mash-in left vessel

In a two vessel brewhouse the mash tun and brew kettle is the same vessel (left vessel)

transfer entire mash to right vessel
batch sparge from preheated water source
Correct, called the lauter tun
The hot water tank is below the lauter tun in his setup.

run-off to left
boil in left
Return the wort to the brew kettle and boil

transfer to right through what must be CFC, plate, or glycol chiller
ferment right there on the right, in the "lauter tun/fermenter"
Non conventional but great idea;)
Here is a two vessel brewhouse I am familiar with, whirlpool tank not shown.
Works the same way.

Have you checked probrewer.com? Check their classified section for a lot of equipment available. Some of it huge and some of it smaller. I think there is even a Sabco for sale on there right now. Found this slick little system too.
