I am trying to get a keg ready by Thanksgiving. Because I'm short on time and traveling with the keg, I thought it would be a good time to hit it with gelatin. In the past, I have used the Knox gelatin, but this time I opted for ld carlson and it appears to be taking its sweet time. I added the gelatin on Sunday and it has only dropped half way. Do give it another 5-6 days and plan on keg shaking? I have the ability to filter, but I'm not sure if the remaining gelatin would instantly clog the filter.
