Hello Folks -
Over the past two weeks I've both begun my new hobby of home brewing, and become somewhat obsessed with it.
I've got a couple beers in fermentation already, and have found a great local HBS.
The knowledge I've gleaned from HBT has already been a huge help and I look forward to being able to contribute more to the larger conversation in the future.
