Hey,
So I just bottled my first batch. It fermented for 7 days and then I transfered it to a secondary fermenter for 2 more weeks and then primed and bottled it. At what point would you say it is good to start consuming? How long does it take for the priming to add the carbonation, etc? When can it be refrigerated?
I'm sure that I put too much sugar in it for priming...is there something I can do to minimize any negative effects? It's not the end of the world i'm sure but if there is some action I can take to help, I'd like to.
