I dropped my jugs off to be filled today...local mill is pressing tomorrow. I'm getting 35 gallons. I made 25 gal. last year and wasn't nearly enough. I have 2-15 gal drums and a 5 gal pail.

I am going to primary 1 drum with 1 lb sugar / gallon
The other drum will get 1 lb honey / gallon
The pail will be primaried as straight cider with no added sugar.

Once I rack to carboys I plan several different recipes,
* 5 gal with atomic fireballs
* 5 gal mulled cider spices
* 5 gal vanilla and cinnamon
* 5 gal rasberry

Any other good ideas out there?

Once finished I will probably keg 15 gal. I'm looking into purchasing wine bags/boxes for most of the rest as I really don't want to bottle 20 gallons. I'm having trouble sourcing the bags, would appreciate it if anybody has any leads.
