I'm brewing a Maibock tonight. Mashed in at 5:19PM EST, and getting ready to start the 90 minute boil.

What are you brewing tonight and what time did you start?
 
It's 61F in Northern Virginia right now, so it's perfect brewing weather. I wish I would have taken off work a little earlier, so I would finish before 10 tonight.

And because my wife does not enjoy the wonderful smells coming from the brew pot I start my brew about ten at night. Man you can get drunk starting that late at night:cross:
