Well I just transered my first of two brews to secondary its been almost 2 years and she is a whooper finished out at almost 7% not bad. a little on the high side for what I was shooting for but its a good start. the next on the books is anything with MUNICH MALT I have never used it and I am just dying to. maybe a decooction any suggestions??
