UC davis offers a similar class. They offer a masters in Brewing to officially become a "brewmaster".

I think more schools should offer these classes.
 
wish my school would have had a brewing program, I would have definitively picked up a minor in brewing at the very least. But it would a hard sell sense we are a dry campus.
