I decided to dedicate myself a bit more to my brewing. It helps that my wife is supportive!

My name is Jim, I'm a Freemason, I enjoy woodworking and guns. I really want to learn all grain. I've done a couple kits and several different extract recipes from the Brew Master's bible. Right now I have a keg of Dunkle Weizen homebrew on tap.

Looking forward to learning everything I can!

welcome. All grain isn't all that hard. Just takes a little getting use to the extra steps and tweaking your gear. Once you dial in your own setup, it flys by just like making an extract batch.

I've got several kegs I bought from a distributor that I'm having plasma cut tomorrow and a 20 gallon SS pot that I got at a yardsale in Timonium for $20. It's what I brew in now. Considerably better than the ceramic coated canning pot I used to use!
