Hi all guys,

I recently realized that my favourite and preferable beer taste is actually Kellerbier or so to say a taste of fresh relatively young lager. I visited a small brewery and drunk a fresh lager directly from maturation tank (about 3 weeks out of the primary). At the moment, I have dark lager (100% munich malt) in a secondary for a few days, and it was for about 10 days in the primary. My plan is to bottle it in two weeks, which will be: 2 weeks primary, 2 weeks secondary and then one week carbonation. In this way I expect to have some kind of fresh lager.

What I would like to ask is, is it possible to have such a fresh taste in the bottles?

Cheers
