I got a copper wort chiller I assume I m suppose to take the zip Ties off the two copper straight inline tubbing before I use it right?
 
If they don't go into the wort, you might not want to remove them. They might be there for a reason. I don't know what exactly you are talking about, a picture would help.
 
Yeah, if it doesn't touch the wort I'd leave em. On my home-made frankenchiller I used steel hose clamps though.
 
Zip ties shouldn't be permanent in this case. I'd take em off. Besides, you want as much of the tubing exposed to the wort as you can get.
