Pressure relef holes needed in brewstand?

I just fired up my burner for the first time mounted on the brew-stand, and noticed that as the stand heated up, steam started coming out o the open ends of the tube steel. This made me thing of the exploding keggle story because the ring on the bottom didn't have relief holes drilled.

Should I drill some relief holes in the sections of the brew-stand that are sealed tube steel?
 
Was just thinking about this and the exact same story you mentioned. Mine is about complete and Ill be drilling a couple holes on the under side of each section to make sure that doesnt happen.
