Glass carboy vs better bottles

I was curious if it is better to use the "better bottles" (plastic carboy) for secondary fermetaion, or is a glass carboy better? I am sure there are pros and cons to both, can someone please help me out on this..... thanks

There's a wiki article on the subject. Read the pros and cons and then it's basically up to whichever you would rather use.
